01 Introduction

Welcome to Dhoni 88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Dhoni 88 ("we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the Dhoni 88 website at dhoni-88.pro and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the Dhoni 88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Dhoni 88.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access Dhoni 88 — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or the Dhoni 88 app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

02 Eligibility

To register and play at Dhoni 88, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Dhoni 88 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself from Dhoni 88 or any other gaming platform.
• Single account: You may only hold one active account at Dhoni 88. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.

Dhoni 88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Creating an account at Dhoni 88 is free and takes under two minutes. During registration, you will be asked to provide your name, phone number, and a password. You may also be asked to verify your phone number via OTP.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate. Dhoni 88 uses this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you about your account. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

• One account per person: Each individual may only register one account. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent limits is prohibited.
• One account per device/household: Multiple accounts registered from the same device or household may be flagged for review.
• Account ownership: Your Dhoni 88 account is personal to you and cannot be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.
• Username and password: Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone. Dhoni 88 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

Dhoni 88 currently supports bKash and Nagad as payment methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Dhoni 88 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50
• Deposits are credited to your Dhoni 88 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation.
• If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within five minutes, contact support with your bKash or Nagad transaction ID.
• Dhoni 88 only accepts deposits from payment accounts registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed same-day during normal operating hours.
• First-time withdrawals require identity verification. You will be asked to confirm your name matches the bKash or Nagad account you are withdrawing to.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Dhoni 88 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is shown in your wallet under the active bonus section.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active at a time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Abuse: Dhoni 88 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we determine that a player is abusing the bonus system. This includes using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotions.
• Changes: Dhoni 88 may modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Dhoni 88 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Dhoni 88 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Disconnections: If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed automatically by the system according to the game rules. Dhoni 88 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, Dhoni 88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Currency: All bets and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Game availability: Dhoni 88 may add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Dhoni 88. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of balance.

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any form of financial fraud.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bots and automation: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to interact with Dhoni 88 games or systems.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using Dhoni 88 to launder money or conduct any illegal financial activity.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's name or using another person's payment account.

08 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Dhoni 88 account. This includes keeping your password confidential and ensuring that no one else has access to your login credentials.

• Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, Dhoni 88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full.

12 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

• Dhoni 88 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages.
• Dhoni 88 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to any player in connection with their use of Dhoni 88 shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Dhoni 88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms
